Parenting is a journey, one which has many bumps along the way. It can be satisfying and fulfilling but it can also be difficult and frustrating. We can support you as you go through this journey. New parents, overwhelmed parents, and parents struggling to manage their children’s behaviours can benefit from the support of a counsellor.
If you are separated or divorced, we can assist you in developing, managing, and repairing the relationship with your co parent and your children. This can be difficult to navigate, especially if your family is involved with family court. Lisa has extensive experience and training in the areas of family conflict, parenting and high conflict separation and divorce. There are many issues, concerns, and logistics to work out when a separation or divorce has occurred. We will work together to minimize conflict for your family as you work through this process.
